1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing: Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days.

  • Shipping Time: This varies by location. Check the product page for specifics. If no time is stated, allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, you should email customer service.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Money-Back Guarantee: A full refund is offered for defective or damaged items.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item.

  • Return Process: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the item is received by the company, they will refund your original purchase amount. Include your name and order number with the return.

  • Important Note: You cannot get a refund for a package that is still in transit. You must wait for it to arrive and then return it.

3. Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: Generally, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed. However, you can email support within 8 hours of placing your order to see if you qualify for an exception.

  • Wrong Address: If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you must notify the company via email within 8 hours of placing the order to have it corrected. After this 8-hour window, they cannot change the address and will not issue a refund for orders sent to the wrong address.
