Key Conditions for a Valid Return

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • The protective strip on panties must be intact.

  • Items with any signs of use, stains (e.g., from makeup or deodorant), or damage will be refused.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service First: Do not send anything back yet. You must email customer service within 30 days of receipt to:

    • Get a Return Authorization.

    • Receive the correct return address (do not send to the website's listed address).

  2. Ship Your Return:

    • Use your local post office to avoid extra taxes.

    • Include the filled-out authorization form inside the package.

    • Keep your tracking number for your records. You are responsible for the package until it arrives at the warehouse.

  3. Receive Your Refund/Exchange:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, the company will email you a notification.

    • Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Who Pays for Shipping?

    • You Pay: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (no quality issue).

    • Company Pays: If the return is due to their error (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or defective item).

  • Quality Issues: The company accepts returns for quality problems. Please note that minor color and size variations are considered inevitable and are not classified as quality issues.

  • No Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior authorization from customer service will not be accepted.
